Mobile Ticket Wallet and Authentication

Use the Tickets tab for QR access, pending authentication recovery, and fast handoff back into event details.

1. Open the Tickets tab for all passes

The Tickets tab is the mobile wallet for reservations, confirmed purchases, and QR-ready passes. Pull to refresh if you have just completed a checkout or received a confirmation notification.

Tap any ticket card to open the full modal view with the QR code and the linked event action.

2. Resolve pending authentication when required

If a ticket still needs payment authentication, the wallet exposes Complete authentication and routes you into the secure web flow for that purchase.

Do not tell attendees to wait for the organizer if the wallet clearly shows pending authentication. The correct fix is to complete the payment verification step tied to that reservation.

3. Use the wallet as the source of truth on event day

On event day, open the ticket from the wallet and present the QR code directly. Avoid screenshots of old states when the live wallet is available, especially if a reservation only recently converted into a confirmed ticket.

If the attendee needs context, the wallet can jump straight back to the event detail view from the same modal.
