How do fees work?
Cammonly is designed to protect your revenue. All fees are passed to the buyer (added on top of your ticket price). Checkout totals follow this formula: ticket price + platform fee + Stripe processing fee + virtual hosting fee (virtual/hybrid only). Organizers receive the full ticket face value when the event is funded.
What counts as an event?
Each published event (live, draft, or completed) counts toward your monthly limit. Free plan users can create 3 events per month. Pro plan users have no practical limits on event creation.
How many organizations can I manage per plan?
Free accounts can manage 1 organization. Pro Live ($40/month) supports up to 3 organizations. Pro Broadcast ($100/month) includes unlimited organizations.
What is the virtual hosting fee?
For virtual and hybrid events, a virtual hosting fee of $0.70 per attendee per started hour is added to checkout and passed to the buyer. Partial hours are billed as a full hour. This fee is never charged for in-person events.
How many attendees can virtual events support?
Cammonly virtual events run on Cammonly Live. Pro Live supports up to 250 concurrent participants. Pro Broadcast is not capped by Cammonly and scales with your LiveKit account limits.
Can I switch between Pro Live and Pro Broadcast?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your organization settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle unless Stripe prorates the difference.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your organization settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then you'll return to the Free plan.
What are recurring event series?
Recurring series let you create subscription-based events that repeat monthly or quarterly. Supporters subscribe once and automatically get tickets to all future events in the series. This is perfect for regular meetups, workshops, or ongoing programs.
