Cammonly helps organizers, businesses, and creators validate demand and sell tickets with confidence. Our platform enables event organizers to pre-sell tickets with risk-free all-or-nothing funding, ensuring events only proceed when there's sufficient support.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, profile information
  • Purchase Information: Purchase amounts, event selections, dedication messages
  • Ticket Reservation Information: Event selections, ticket quantities, attendee details
  • Payment Information: Credit card details (processed securely by Stripe), billing address
  • Organization Information: For event organizers - organization name, EIN, bank account details for payouts
  • Communications: Messages you send us, support requests, feedback

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on platform
  • Device Information: Browser type, device type, IP address, operating system
  • Cookies: We use cookies for authentication, preferences, and analytics
  • Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics and Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process purchases and ticket reservations
  • Manage your account and provide customer support
  • Send transaction receipts and confirmations
  • Communicate about events, campaigns, and platform updates
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Event Organizers

When you purchase event tickets, we share your name, email, and purchase details with the event organizer to fulfill the transaction and provide you access to the event.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and Connect payouts
  • Supabase: Database and authentication services
  • Resend: Email delivery services
  • Vercel: Hosting and analytics
  • Sentry: Error tracking and monitoring
  • Upstash: Rate limiting and caching

3.3 For Legal Compliance

We may disclose information when required by law or to:

  • Comply with legal process (subpoenas, court orders)
  • Enforce our Terms of Service
  • Protect our rights, property, or safety
  • Investigate fraud or security issues

3.4 Business Transfers

If we merge with, are acquired by, or sell assets to another organization, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

You can request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@cammonly.com. We will delete your account within 30 days, but we must retain transaction records for compliance and accounting purposes.

5.3 Email Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails via the unsubscribe link in each email. We will still send transactional emails (receipts, confirmations) as required for our services.

5.4 Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.

5.5 Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no industry standard for compliance.

6. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion
  • Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years for compliance and accounting purposes
  • Payment Information: We do not store credit card details (handled by Stripe)
  • Analytics Data: Retained for 90 days
  • Error Logs: Retained for 90 days

7. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. 8. International Users

Our services are based in the United States. If you access our platform from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from your country's laws.

9. California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
