Mobile Getting Started

Sign in, understand the main tabs, and know which mobile flows are best for attendees versus organizers.

1. Sign in and grant the right permissions

Sign in first so the app can restore your ticket wallet, profile context, and organizer tools. Camera permission is especially important if you will scan tickets or upload event covers from mobile.

Push notifications are worth enabling if you rely on live-event reminders, reservation updates, or subscription status changes.

2. Learn the visible bottom tabs

The visible tab bar is Discover, Create, Tickets, Scan, and Profile. Those are the main mobile surfaces users can count on without opening hidden routes.

Discover is the feed. Create opens the organizer event flow. Tickets is the QR wallet. Scan is the host-side verifier. Profile is the personal account hub.

3. Know when mobile hands off to web

Mobile covers most daily attendee tasks and a strong slice of organizer drafting. But deeper treasury tasks, some admin controls, and certain advanced dashboards still live on web.

When a flow opens a webview or directs you back to a web dashboard, treat that as intentional product boundary rather than a broken path.
