This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth prohibited uses of the Cammonly platform and services. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Activities
1.1 Illegal Activities
- Violation of local, state, or international laws
- Money laundering or financial fraud
- Facilitating tax evasion
1.2 Fraudulent Practices
- Creating deceptive campaigns
- Impersonating others
- Manipulating platform metrics
1.3 Abuse and Harassment
- Threatening or intimidating users
- Cyberbullying or targeted harassment
- Doxing (sharing private info without consent)
1.4 Hateful Content
We prohibit content promoting hatred or violence based on protected characteristics including race, religion, gender, or disability.
2. Prohibited Campaigns
Our platform is for verified businesses and individual creators. We do not allow fundraisers for:
- Personal medical bills or debt
- Political candidates or partisan activities
- Get-rich-quick schemes
- Gambling or illegal goods
3. Enforcement
We may issue warnings, remove content, suspend accounts, or report illegal activity to law enforcement based on the severity of the violation.
