Blk Builders is a fundraising experience produced by One Million Small Startups for Black and African real-estate and construction entrepreneurs.\n\nThis recurring series uses an all-or-nothing activation model based on minimum member participation before activation.\nEach ticket is designed to deliver practical value through curated networking, execution-focused sessions, and structured follow-up opportunities so attendees leave with real next steps.\n\nAttendee value includes:\n\n- Monthly sessions on project execution, partnerships, and operating systems\n- Collaborative forums for sourcing deals, talent, and trusted vendors\n- Execution check-ins that keep members progressing between sessions\n\nCommunity standard: this experience is community-centered and welcoming to allies who participate respectfully and follow the code of conduct.\n\nCompliance note: the program may include capital-readiness education and introductions, but this event does not offer or sell securities, and no financing outcomes are guaranteed.\n\nAll net proceeds support One Million Small Startups (oms2.org), a nonprofit building a nationwide network of incubators and accelerators and providing free or low-cost entrepreneurship resources for low-income founders.
